Privacy policy and order terms

What we receive

When you order, we receive on WhatsApp your school or class name, lists of names, the school logo and sometimes students’ photos. We use this material for one purpose only: designing and printing your order.

Students’ photos and names

• We never publish students’ photos or names on our website or social accounts without explicit written permission from the school or a parent.
• We delete photo and name files from our devices within 30 days of delivering the order, unless you ask us to keep them for reprints.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties, except the courier, who receives only the recipient’s name and address.

Proof and approval

We send a digital proof before printing. Approving the proof means you accept the design including names, spelling, colours and sizes; we cannot reprint for errors that were visible in the approved proof. Any printing or cutting error on our side is reprinted free of charge.

Prices and payment

Prices on the site are indicative “from” prices. The final quote comes on WhatsApp and includes VAT. Printing starts after proof approval and payment confirmation, or an agreement to pay on collection.

Design rights

Logos and artwork you send remain the property of their owners, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. Furshafaa templates belong to Alquaifil Digital Printing Center.

This website

The site uses no tracking cookies and collects no personal data; it only stores your dark-mode preference in your browser. Tapping a WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp, where its own policy applies.
