Senior Stickers — Frequently Asked Questions
Everything students, graduation committees and schools ask before ordering: sizes, material, quantities, turnaround, how to send names and photos, and delivery in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
What size are senior stickers?
The default is 5 cm round — the most popular size because it fits laptops, bottles and phones. We also print 3–8 cm, squares, rectangles and die-cut shapes that follow your design.
What material do you use? Are the stickers waterproof?
We print on high-quality self-adhesive vinyl with a gloss or matte laminate. The vinyl is waterproof, scratch-resistant and UV-stable, so it works on laptops, bottles, phones and cars.
What is the minimum quantity?
Orders start at 50 stickers. Schools, whole classes and graduation committees get special volume pricing.
How long does production take?
Usually 1–3 working days after proof approval. Rush orders are possible depending on the production schedule, so we recommend getting in touch early before the ceremony date.
How do I send names, photos and the school logo?
Directly on WhatsApp: the list of names as text or an Excel file, the school logo as PNG or PDF, and photos at the highest resolution you have. If you don’t have a high-quality logo we do our best with what you have.
Can every student get a sticker with their own name or photo?
Yes. We use variable-data printing: every sticker on the sheet carries a different name or photo in the same design, so each student gets their own.
Do I see the design before printing?
Always. We send a digital proof on WhatsApp, revise until you are happy, and print nothing without your explicit approval. Approving the proof is the green light to print.
Do you have ready-made designs, or do I send my own?
Both. We have Seniors templates that we customise with your class colours and school logo, or send your own artwork as PDF or PNG at 300 dpi at the actual sticker size.
How do pick-up and delivery work?
Collect from Alquaifil Digital Printing Center on King Abdullah Road in Riyadh, get it delivered within Riyadh, or have it shipped to any city in Saudi Arabia by courier.
Do you handle schools and large orders?
Yes. We serve schools, universities and graduation committees with full-class orders, a VAT invoice in the organisation’s name, and volume pricing.
What is a Seniors Board and what sizes are available?
A Seniors Board is a printed graduation board on foam board or PVC with the class photo, students’ names and the graduation year — displayed at the ceremony and kept by the school afterwards. Popular sizes are 60×90 and 100×150 cm; custom sizes are available.
How is pricing calculated and how do I pay?
Price depends on product, size and quantity. Prices on the site are indicative ‘from’ prices; the final quote comes on WhatsApp. Pay by bank transfer, Mada, or cash on collection.
